When we begin to see the breath for what it is—sustenance, we become more aware of how abundant every moment of our lives can be.

 

Utilizing the elements in your breathwork.

Ever wonder why when we think of meditation, our minds go to serene pictures of nature? Beach sunsets, and quiet woodland stream, we rely on images of nature to help us reach a meditative state. Meditation is a much stronger experience exposed to the elements. Sun. Water. Earth. Trees. Wind. Bare feet on the ground, breathing up and out of your spine. I do nt have a formal yoga practice, but simply do what my body asks of me in the moment.
